Love is nourished further with the Double-boiled Chicken with Rose and Dried Figs. Savour the Baked Baby Lobster with Mentaiko-Mayo – well-loved crustacean topped with a savoury blend of mentaiko mayo, followed by the luxurious Pan-fried Cod Fish Fillet with Foie Gras, accompanied with Fish Wonton and Housemade Noddles. Finish off the meal with a delightful assortment of dessets like the heart-shaped Snow Skin Custard Dumpling, refreshing house-brewed Roselle Tea garnished with purple shiso flowers, and a Crispy Banana & Red bean Pastry with velvety smooth red bean paste and banana encased within light, airy pastry.
